LONG ISLAND’S PAT BENATAR AND NEIL GIRALDO AND JOAN JETT
TO HEADLINE THE METRO NY BALLOON & MUSIC FESTIVAL
Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Senses Fail, Head Automatica and Lennon to perform at Festival.
On the weekend of August 10th, 11th and 12th the Metro NY Balloon & Music Festival will feature live performances from Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, with special guests Senses Fail and Head Automatica (Friday, August 10th), co-headliners Big Head Todd & The Monsters and Kenny Wayne Shepherd (Saturday, August 11th) and Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo with special guest Lennon (Sunday, August 12th). Friday and Saturday performances will be followed by Grucci Fireworks.
Concert and Festival tickets are available through the Metro NY Balloon & Music Festival's online box office at metronyballoonfest.com or by calling (516) 794-4444. General Admission tickets are also available at select RE/MAX of New York, Inc. and Curves locations. Reserved concert seating tickets are only available for purchase from the Festival’s website or by phone.
Admission policies and hours of operation will be as follows:
- Advance General Admission: $20 (Adults), $12 (Ages 5-11), FREE for Children 4 & Under.
- Friday, August 10th - Open: 11am-11pm – Reserved Concert Seating: $50
- Saturday, August 11th - Open: 6am-11pm – Reserved Concert Seating: $50
- Sunday, August 12th - Open: 6am-8pm – Reserved Concert Seating: $65
- *Reserved concert seating includes general admission.
Have you ever wanted to have a full access pass to a concert or special event? The Festival’s VIP “Party Like A Rock Star” package provides entrance to the Festival grounds and most activities during the 3-day event. “Rock Stars” will receive souvenir laminated rock star lanyard pass, ultra-VIP reserved seat within the first four rows for all three headlining concerts, a limited edition collectible "Rock Star" Festival t-shirt, as well as VIP parking, and a voucher for a tethered balloon ride during the weekend. A limited number of these special tickets will be available and sold on a first come-first serve basis only online or by phone order.
The Metro NY Balloon & Music Festival at Calabro Airport in Brookhaven is sponsored by the Town of Brookhaven and produced by RE/MAX of New York, Inc. The Festival will feature more than fifty premier hot air balloons including many spectacularly shaped, corporate, and sport balloons. Families can also enjoy a metro monster truck rally, BMX, skate and moto-cross teams, skydivers, big top circus, carnival midway and much more.
The Metro NY Balloon Festival is handicap-accessible. The Festival’s concerts, fireworks and special events schedule are subject to change or cancellation.
